Toddler Educator | Full-Time | Nature-Based Early Learning

Dimensions Education Programs is seeking a warm, experienced, and collaborative educator to join our toddler classroom serving children ages 18–36 months.
At Dimensions, children spend their days exploring, creating, investigating, and building relationships. We provide a predictable daily rhythm while remaining responsive to children's interests, questions, and discoveries.
Our educators support toddlers as they develop independence, language, social connections, and confidence through play, exploration, meaningful relationships, and year-round outdoor experiences.

What You'll Do
- Build respectful, responsive relationships with children and families
- Provide consistent care for toddlers, including diapering, toileting, meals, rest, and daily transitions
- Support children's growing independence through play, conversation, and exploration
- Create engaging indoor and outdoor learning experiences
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Previous experience working with young children in a group setting
- Must be at least 18 years old (per Nebraska Child Care Licensing regulations)
- Must meet minimum licensing training requirements or be willing to complete them upon hire
- Must be able to pass required background checks and meet all health and safety requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Experience working in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early learning setting
- Interest in or experience with nature-based, play-based, or child-led learning approaches
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, flexible mindset
