As the Service Manager, you will own the entire customer experience, from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring every guest feels informed, respected, and satisfied. You are the key relationship-builder who helps our guests make wise investments in their vehicles.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Daily Business Operations: Responsibility for all aspects of the business's daily functions.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Driving sales activities, maximizing revenue, and ensuring profitable margins.
- Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and directing all front staff and shop personnel.
- Quality Control: Maintaining the highest standards for the quality of work performed.
- Guest Satisfaction: Guiding guests through the repair process, providing continuous updates, and ensuring a 100% satisfactory experience that reflects the Honest-1 commitment to transparency.
