What You'll Do
- Write new business across auto, home, life, and more
- Build and manage your own client relationships and renewal pipeline
- Shape your own prospecting strategy — referrals, networking, and community presence
- Work directly with agency leadership
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license (strongly preferred)
- Proven sales track record — insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy, not micromanagement
- Strong relationship-builder with a client-first mindset
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse client populations
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

Pay
Base salary plus uncapped commission — your production sets your ceiling.
Estimated: $60,000–$125,000
Experience
B2C or B2B Sales: 1+ year required (insurance sales strongly preferred)
