Sales Closer — Commission-Based | GHL Engine (Las Vegas, NV)
Are you a closer who knows GoHighLevel, tired of chasing leads, and just wants to show up, present, and get paid when you win?
That is exactly what we are building here.
WHAT THIS IS
GHL Engine is a GoHighLevel white-label support company helping agencies grow and scale. We are building an in-house sales team and we need driven closers who already understand the GHL space and want to earn based on their results.
You will not be cold calling strangers from a list. You will have appointments on your calendar, a trained tech team behind you on demos, and a product that sells itself to the right people.
BEFORE YOU READ FURTHER
This role is based in Las Vegas, Nevada
This starts remote but transitions to in-person at our Las Vegas office in the coming months. This is not a permanent remote position and we are being upfront about it. If you are not ready or able to work in-person in Las Vegas in the near future, this role is not for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
✅ Taking inbound and outbound calls with pre-qualified GHL agency owners
✅ Presenting our service packages and closing deals
✅ Following up with prospects who need more time
✅ Joining live Zoom demos with our tech team to help prospects see what is possible
✅ Tracking your own pipeline and hitting monthly revenue targets
WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLING
You will be trained and closing on:
- GHL Engine support plans from $397 to $2,997 per month
- High ticket annual partnership packages
- VA placement services
- Done With You and Done For You Sales Call programs
- Progreda CRM plans and setup fees
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
US-based — this is a requirement, not a preference
Ready to transition to our Las Vegas office in the coming months — non-negotiable
GoHighLevel knowledge is required — you must understand the platform, the agency space, and who our customers are. If you have never used GHL, please do not apply
1 to 2 or more years of sales or closing experience (phone or video call preferred)
Comfortable starting commission-only with a clear path to a base salary
Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM tools, Zoom, and Slack
Self-motivated — you do not need someone pushing you to perform
Bonus points if you have sold GHL-related services or run your own GHL agency before
COMPENSATION
Commission-only to start
Base salary unlocked after $25,000 in total closed revenue
Monthly performance bonuses for hitting revenue tiers
