We’re a local permanent and holiday lighting company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a few dependable people to join us during our busiest time of the year installing professional Christmas light displays.
This is a hands-on outdoor position. You’ll be working at different homes and commercial properties throughout the area installing roofline lights, ground lighting, wreaths, garland, mini lights, and other holiday decorations.
You do not need professional Christmas light installation experience. We can teach the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing professional Christmas and holiday lighting
- Installing C9 roofline lighting
- Installing ground-stake lighting
- Wrapping trees, shrubs, and landscaping with mini lights
- Installing wreaths, garland, bows, and other décor
- Setting up timers, extension cords, and electrical connections
- Carrying and setting up ladders
- Assisting installers working from ladders
- Loading and unloading installation materials
- Keeping lights and equipment organized
- Troubleshooting and replacing lights when needed
- Helping maintain a clean and professional jobsite
- Removing holiday lighting after the season
- Working as part of a small installation crew
We Have Two Types of Positions
1. Ladder / Lead Installer
This position is for someone comfortable working from extension ladders and performing elevated installation work.
Responsibilities may include:
- Installing roofline lighting
- Working from extension ladders
- Securing lighting to gutters, shingles, fascia, and other approved surfaces
- Assisting with layout and installation decisions
- Helping lead the installation alongside a ground installer
Previous ladder, roofing, construction, gutter, painting, landscaping, or similar experience is a plus.
2. Ground Installer
This position primarily assists the ladder installer and handles installation work performed from the ground.
Responsibilities may include:
- Setting and moving ladders
- Passing materials to installers
- Installing ground-stake lighting
- Decorating shrubs and landscaping
- Installing extension cords and timers
- Organizing materials
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Keeping the installation moving efficiently
This is a great position for someone without previous installation experience who is willing to work and learn.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation to the designated meeting/work location
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to safely perform physical work throughout the day
- Must be dependable
For ladder installer positions:
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Must be comfortable using extension ladders
- Previous ladder experience strongly preferred
Experience
Christmas light installation experience is not required.
Experience in any of the following is helpful:
- Roofing
- Gutters
- Landscaping
- Construction
- Painting
- Window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Exterior maintenance
- Electrical work
- General labor
We are willing to train someone who has the right attitude and work ethic.
Schedule
This is seasonal work with hours varying based on weather, customer scheduling, and workload.
Our busiest period is generally October through December.
Holiday light removal/takedown work continues after the holidays into January and potentially February.
Applicants should have reasonably flexible availability during the season.
Some longer installation days may be available during peak season.
