Duties
- Complete our training and onboarding to learn how to represent our client to the best of your abilities.
- Offer consultations to customers, upsell, and manage customer accounts.
- Provide excellent customer support by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive communication
- Support our team-based environment by participating in team meetings and daily breakdowns.
- Work with customers one-on-one, in-person to offer new services on behalf of our clients.

- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work independently on your own tasks.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous people facing roles and experiences are a huge plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for managing new customer acquisitions.

- Familiarity with technology as we use tablets to access customer information.

Pay: $35,500.00 - $49,500.00 per year
