Quest Locum Tenens is seeking an experienced Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider for an ongoing locum tenens assignment in Virginia. Join a collaborative neurosurgical team providing comprehensive inpatient and surgical care for adult and trauma patients.
Job Description:
- Inpatient rounding and First Assist in the OR
- No outpatient clinic responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced neurosurgeons and APPs in a high-volume service line
- Level II Trauma Center environment
- Shared call rotation (approximately 1:4 or 1:5)
- Long-term coverage due to vacancy
- Supportive surgical team and strong hospital resources
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Active Virginia license (or willing to obtain)
- Current board certification (PA-C, ACNP, or FNP with Neurosurgery experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of Neurosurgery or First Assist experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
