CC’s Coffee House is seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead and inspire our coffee shop teams. Conduct performance appraisals providing clear, constructive, and genuine feedback.

Communicate openly and positively with the team through visits, store meetings and training materials.

Provide recommendations regarding hiring, promotion, and termination decisions.

Report guest or team member incidents in accordance with company policies.

Inspire team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences through warm greetings, sincere engagement, product knowledge, and thoughtful recommendations.

Provide functional expertise. Access external resources to support district operations. Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws. Solicit customer feedback. Use management tools and reports to address trends.

Supervise guest service and resolve concerns promptly with care and professionalism.

Direct Managers in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Uphold and enforce CC’s policies, procedures, and standards with fairness and consistency.
