Experienced Fence Installer / Laborer (18 months Required)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced installer/laborer to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands construction and fence installation basics and can step onto a job site and contribute immediately.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, works well with a crew, and takes pride in doing quality work.
This position holds high potential for fast turn around into a leadership role if the candidate hired exhibits knowledge, work ethic, and quality craftsmanship.
Duties and abilities
- Assist in the installation of all forms of fencing projects
- Set and brace posts (concrete or driven) with proper depth and alignment
- Carry, stage, and handle materials efficiently throughout the job
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Support layout and installation while following direction from crew leads
- Perform heavy lifting 80+ lbs and physical labor throughout the workday
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently without sacrificing quality
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of fence installation, carpentry, or similar construction experience
- Ability to work resourcefully without needing constant instruction on basic tasks
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and job site workflow
- Ability to lift 80+ pounds regularly throughout the day
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability — show up ready to work
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation (must have your own vehicle)

This role is for someone who is beyond entry level. You should already understand the basics and be able to keep up with a productive crew from day one.
This position is ideal for someone who has experience and is looking for steady work of 40+ hour work weeks.
