Duties/Responsibilities:

Assisting GM to ensure that our restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times

Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively

Leading the shift and being a role model for all crew

Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed

Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy

Various other tasks as needed

Previous restaurant leadership experience

Food, beverage and cleanliness knowledge with ability to hold team to standards

Proven leadership skills
