Part-Time Neurology Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Part-Time Multispeciality Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The NP will provide high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management. This role offers a flexible schedule and a collaborative, supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and physical examinations
- Help maintain and keep up to date treatment plans from neurologist for acute and chronic neurological conditions (e.g., migraines, epilepsy, stroke follow-up, neuropathy, MS)
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
- Order diagnostic tests (EEGs, MRIs, labs, etc.)
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Collaborate with neurologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
- Proficient in EMR
- Ability to see 24 - 35 follow up patients daily.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas
- National NP certification (ANCC or AANP)
- DEA license and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain)

Pay: $450.00 - $550.00 per day
