Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional consultations and customized hair services.
- Perform cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and specialty services.
- Educate guests on home care and professional products.
- Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service and consistent pre-booking.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with our team to create an elevated guest experience.
- Participate in salon marketing and social media content
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Massachusetts Cosmetology License
- Available at least 4 days per week (Saturday availability preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and motivated
- Social media presence or willingness to collaborate on content
Existing clientele is welcomed but not required.
