JOB SUMMARY
This position serves as a Parking Customer Service Representative, providing assistance and solutions to employees, staff, patients, visitors, and other customers regarding parking services, policies, permits, and related processes. The role is responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, directing customers to appropriate resources, and ensuring a positive customer experience through timely and professional service.
Work in several capacities including training, supporting coverage for multiple office locations on campus. Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills who can efficiently assist employees, patients, and visitors with parking-related questions, accurately document inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

JOB DUTIES
Provides response to inbound inquiries from staff, employees and other entities (internal and external).
Receive, triage, route or answer customer inquiries in a timely, helpful and polite manner during core business hours. Actively listen and follow up with questions in order to accurate route call. Provide customer with contact information for future reference.
Document all inquiries in accordance with standard operation procedures.
Provide information and resources for customer inquiries; educate customers how to access and utilize online resources for future inquiries.
Maintain a working knowledge of policy and procedures as well as keeping current on updates and changes.
Other related duties as assigned.
