Merrell at Outlets of Des Moines is seeking a Part Time Keyholder to become an integral part of our new store opening team! We offer flexible scheduling, an awesome discount, and product awards! You will be responsible for assisting guests by recommending & selling products in a retail setting to drive company revenue. As a member of the management team you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve goals and lead the team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and identify their needs
- Explain & recommend products
- Monitor inventory to ensure sales floor is filled
- Enter and process customer orders
- Open and close the store
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build friendly rapport with customers
- Positive energy & enthusiasm to help others
