You help ensure technicians arrive at jobs prepared, inventory remains accurate, and operations continue running smoothly.
The work you do behind the scenes directly impacts customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and overall business success.
Load, unload, and restock service and install vehicles
Maintain accurate inventory levels across company vehicles and warehouse locations
Receive deliveries and ensure materials are distributed appropriately
Pick up and deliver parts, materials, and equipment as needed
Coordinate inventory replenishment and stock management
Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout warehouse and storage areas
Assist with company vehicle maintenance scheduling, inspections, and service coordination
Process return materials and equipment documentation
Support quarterly inventory audits for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments
Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Field teams to support daily business needs
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
Warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material handling experience
Experience operating in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting field service or construction operations
Experience with inventory management systems
HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, or Home Services industry experience
