What You'll Do
Conduct assessments and build individualized treatment plans that actually fit each client
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs
Review data and adjust treatment based on what's really working
Partner with families and your clinical team every step of the way
Keep documentation current (we'll help make this easy, not painful)
Travel to see clients across your service area as needed
