About Us
Logical Building Services is a Tampa-based commercial construction firm delivering high-quality retail and multifamily projects across Florida. We're growing, and we're looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership from preconstruction through closeout and keep our jobs running on time, on budget, and to the standard our clients have come to expect.
The Role
As Project Manager, you'll lead commercial construction projects end-to-end - managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication. You'll be the central point of accountability on your projects, working closely with superintendents, estimators, and ownership to drive successful outcomes.
What You'll Do
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, with a focus on retail and/or multifamily builds.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiation, and scope management
Oversee submittals, RFls, change orders, and pay applications in Procore
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to keep projects moving
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Identify risks early and develop solutions before they impact the schedule or budget
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams
What We're Looking For
5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
Proven track record in retail and/or multifamily construction (required)
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety

Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams
Proficiency with Procore and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Project, Teams)
Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control
Excellent communication and leadership skills with subs, clients, and field staff
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
OSHA 30 a plus

Location
This is a Tampa, Florida-based position. Hybrid remote arrangement is available for new hires, with regular presence required at our office and active job sites.
