Job Overview
We are looking for reliable team members to assist with the preparation and packaging of natural tobacco leaf products. This role involves preparing tobacco leaf, breaking it down, and packaging it into bags, jars, and other containers for retail and wholesale distribution.
This position requires someone who is trustworthy, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process natural tobacco leaf according to company procedures
- Break down leaf and portion it for packaging
- Package products into Mylar bags, jars, and other containers
- Seal and label products correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory counting and restocking materials
- Help prepare wholesale orders when needed
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work with hands for extended periods
- Comfortable working around tobacco products
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25–40 lbs
- Previous packaging or warehouse experience preferred (not required)
Schedule
Flexible shifts available.
Part-time or full-time depending on production demand.
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
