Are you a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and perform at their highest level? We're looking for an energetic PTA to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice that also features a state-of-the-art performance training gym.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced physical therapists, strength and conditioning professionals, and active individuals ranging from post-operative patients to competitive athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and sports-related conditions.
- Guide patients through individualized therapeutic exercise and functional movement programs.
- Utilize our performance training gym to progress patients safely from rehabilitation to peak performance.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and performance staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for orthopedics, movement, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
