Bloom Music Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to join our growing team. Candidates with 2+ years of experience are preferred; however, newly certified MT-BCs are encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Position Overview
The Music Therapist will provide individualized music therapy services to clients in their homes and/or community-based facilities. This role is ideal for a clinician who is independent, creative, collaborative, and comfortable with technology.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate session scheduling with families and facilities
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, client-centered music therapy sessions
- Maintain detailed, timely, and accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and professional standards
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Comfort using technology for documentation and communication
- Reliable transportation for travel to client locations

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
