Who we are seeking -
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and results driven Retail/DTC Sales Associate for a high-end retail clothing store in our Malibu location. This position will be responsible for results driven sales by building relationships with in-store clientele through greeting, product knowledge, and overall exceptional customer service. Sales Associate will capture, manage, and develop strong client base through in store client support, web orders, and pure chat. Daily activities include client connections through email, marketing campaigns, and other forms of social media. Individual must possess a passion for art and fashion, exude a positive attitude, and strong work ethic. This is a full-time position, including weekends.
Roles & Responsibilities –

Grow DTC sales through retail and web client base

Maintain daily focus on sales and customer service

Work in unison with Director of Sales to monitor sales metrics

Propose innovate ideas to increase sales

Effectively utilize POS system

Assist with store operations as needed, monitor inventory

Inspect areas of store, resolve any issues as needed

Be a shining example of high performance

Additional duties, as needed
Salary –
-
$25/hr plus commission (negotiable, based on experience)
