Job Summary
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm open to weekends
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our Client location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of the staffing industry. This role requires effective communication with team members, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations as well Be the main point of contact for the associates.
Duties:
- Client visits, and walk-throughs.
- Coordinate and schedule employees according to workload.
- Employee check in's
- Generate reports, payroll, and Timekeeping system.
- Injury/Incident reports from start to finish.
- Distribution of Checks to Associates.
-Recruiting experience, making sure all client requests are being taken care of.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Reliable Transportation
- 1-2 years Prior Experience
- Willing to visit various client locations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
