Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Parts Warehouse Receiving Associate! Duties
- Receive inbound shipments of parts using RF scanners and pallet jacks, verifying accuracy against shipping documents.
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks to load, unload, and transport parts within the warehouse.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 software to document receipt of inventory and update stock levels.
- Stock incoming parts in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling, organization, and accessibility for order picking.
- Conduct quality checks on received items to identify damages or discrepancies; communicate issues promptly.
- Assist in packaging and preparing parts for outbound shipments, supporting order picking and packing processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols during load & unload activities and equipment operation.
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or parts distribution preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with CDK is a plus.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, stock replenishment, and order picking.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and proper equipment handling techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient workflow. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
