Responsibilities:
- Kitchen Excellence: Maintain the flow of the kitchen by ensuring all dishes, silverware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to our high standards.
- Operational Support: Assist the culinary team with basic tasks and food prep when needed.
- Facility Pride: Keep the kitchen environment safe and spotless, including regular sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the heart-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during busy dining hours and club events.
