As an Assistant Teacher, you will support Lead Teachers in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids and wants to grow in the field of early childhood education.

- Assist in supervising and caring for children at all times
- Support classroom routines, including meals, naps, and activities
- Help implement age-appropriate learning activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Communicate positively with children, staff, and families
- Follow all Wisconsin child care licensing rules and center policies
- Experience working with children preferred (but willing to train the right candidate!)
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
