Job Overview
JOur Route Delivery Associate will deliver small to medium packages to our valued customers! In this energetic role that will be PAID EVERY FRIDAY ON A WEEKLY BASIS, You will be responsible for delivering customer packages efficiently and safely to various locations within the surrounding Austin areas while providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and commitment to a quality delivery experience will drive success as you navigate your route with precision and professionalism.
All full time employees will work 4 days a week, 10 hours each day. During special events and holidays, our Delivery Associates will be encouraged to request overtime.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate assigned delivery vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, ensuring timely arrivals
- Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information and GPS services
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Must be able to perform all tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: lift packages UP to 50 lbs and be able to get in and out of a van as well as walk up and down stairs if needed.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing product information to enhance their experience
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections
- Utilize strong organizational skills to optimize and manage deliveries efficiently
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly and quickly
Requirements
- Valid and current driver’s license (CDL NOT necessary) with a clean record
- Pass a Background Check
- All applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to lift packages no heavier than 50 pounds safely
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

Experience
- Prior experience behind the wheel of a van or box truck is highly preferred.

Pay: $22.25 per hour
