*Overview* We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service. *Responsibilities* - Safely operate a bus or van following a set schedule and route - Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition by conducting pre-trip inspections - Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle - Maintain order among passengers, especially in cases of behavioral issues - Provide a high level of customer service to all passengers - Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that may occur *Qualifications* - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience as a bus driver or van driver preferred - Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and ability to address minor mechanical issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage passenger behavior effectively, particularly in sensitive situations - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Experience in senior care transportation or school bus driving is advantageous - Ability to educate passengers on safety procedures when necessary
