We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner/Scheduler to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment while meeting customer demand and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity
- Coordinate with production, inventory, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure schedule alignment
- Monitor materials availability, inventory levels, and lead times to support uninterrupted production
- Adjust schedules as needed due to equipment downtime, material shortages, or operational changes
- Track production performance and communicate schedule updates and priorities to key stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of production planning or scheduling experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and production data
- Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
