Retail Sales Representative / Store Manager - Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations. Depending on role and experience, responsibilities may include individual sales performance as well as team leadership, store management, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by identifying needs and recommending wireless products, plans, and accessories
- Complete activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account support
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Promote current deals, services, and product features
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Management & Leadership Duties (as applicable):
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and daily store operations
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Train and develop new and existing employees
- Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store compliance
- Handle escalated customer concerns
- Track KPIs, sales reports, and overall store performance
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Pay: Hourly or salary depending on position
- Commission: Earned on activations, upgrades, accessories, and overall store performance
- Bonuses: Based on individual and/or store sales targets and KPIs
- SPIFFs (Sales Performance Incentive Funds): Additional earnings for selling specific products or achieving promotional goals
