We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, can handle multiple tables and orders at once, and provides excellent service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from multiple tables.
- Manage multiple orders and tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong knowledge of our AYCE (All-You-Can-Eat) menu and confidently explain menu options and policies to guests.
- Enter orders accurately and communicate special requests or dietary concerns to the kitchen.
- Check on guests regularly and ensure they have everything they need.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and work areas.
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and requests professionally.
- Work closely with hosts, kitchen staff, and other servers as part of a team.
- Follow restaurant policies and provide a positive dining experience for every guest.
Qualifications
- Previous server experience or customer-service experience is required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Comfortable taking and managing multiple orders at the same time.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay: $5,000.00 per month
