About the Role
As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you will serve as the backbone of our production facility by ensuring high-speed machinery operates at peak efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime, optimize equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing floor.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and reliability of CNC routers, conveyors, and automated finishing equipment.

Diagnose and resolve complex failures in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to restore production flow rapidly.

Lead the installation, calibration, and alignment of new or relocated machinery to support evolving production requirements.

Perform critical component replacements, including belts, bearings, and tooling, to maintain high-quality output standards.

Coordinate with production leadership to provide technical updates and implement process improvements that enhance overall equipment effectiveness.

Maintain a rigorous focus on safety standards, including strict adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA compliance protocols.
Qualifications-
3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial machine maintenance.

Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting PLC controls, AC/DC drives, and industrial sensors.

Demonstrated ability to interpret complex blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.

Physical capability to perform heavy lifting, work in confined spaces, and navigate elevated platforms.

Associate’s Degree in a technical field or a recognized Journeyman Card.

Direct experience maintaining CNC machinery or specialized woodworking equipment.

Prior certification or training in OSHA 10-hour safety standards.
