Come Join our amazing Team! Twin Creeks Retirement, an upscale, resort-style retirement community is looking for an experienced professional Assistant Dining Room Manager with a minimum of 1 year experience to join our team!
As an Assistant DR Manager, you will work alongside our talented team to provide a best-in-class dining experience for our residents. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in the restaurant industry. Experience in a restaurant, full-service retirement community, or fine dining establishment, is highly desired. Hours are 11:30am - 8:00pm, Wednesday-Sunday with the ability to work weekends. We have an elegant, restaurant style dining room with a warm, family-friendly environment. Our dining hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., so there are no late nights.
If you have an eye for detail, take pride in your work and understand the concept of teamwork, we would like to meet you! We need a natural leader, someone that can motivate their team and ensure quality service, while contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our residents.
