ENT is seeking a professional individual to provide employment services to our program participants. This is a part time position working day and afternoons.
You will be responsible for developing work-based learning sites, worksites, and travel training services for individuals with disabilities. We are searching a dynamic, energetic and motivated individual who has an interest in empowering individuals! We support our clients in achieving the path to personal independence through career development. You must possess a College degree; Pass a criminal background and be free of drugs and alcohol. Also, you must possess a vehicle because this position does require 75% of field work, traveling to various locations in Middlesex County.
- Responsibilities include:
- Community-based job training, travel training, and helping individuals learn various job tasks per individual job sites and evaluate the skills and support needs of individuals receiving services.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with employers and families
- Exercise judgment in creating and implementing goals, policies and procedures.
- Work as a liaison between the employer and employee to ensure both needs are met.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with: persons served, referring, local and contracting agencies, area supervisors, counselors, parents/guardians, case workers, or case managers, employers and employment community at large.
- Good verbal and writing skills, as well as telephone skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Daytime & Afteroon hours 8:30 am – TBD
- College degree - either AA, BA, or BS college graduate
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, and Outlook) -- must be very computer literate

Pay: $20.00 - $20.15 per hour
