We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy and professional office environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff and management
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist with client inquiries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate daily office activities
- Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation
- Perform data entry and assist with report preparation and document management
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Support operational processes and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Assist with special projects and additional office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, customer service, or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Reliable, punctual, and highly detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
