Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, onsite coordination, onsite meetings, and quality standards
- Develop detailed project schedules and coordinating construction schedule activities across teams
- Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues proactively
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained
- Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep all parties informed of project status
- Manage change orders, and procurement processes while ensuring contractual obligations are met
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects
- Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling, project coordination
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, contract administration, and construction plans review
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects
- Construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety regulations and construction regulations applicable to large-scale projects
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies
