Position: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Seasonal Direct Hire)
Pay: $21.50/hour
Training: Fully Paid
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) available after 60 days
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound calls from customers shopping for Medicare plans
- Assist customers in selecting the right coverage
- Build customer relationships while providing exceptional service
- Upsell when appropriate
Requirements:
- Active Resident Health Insurance License (must remain valid through 12/8/2026)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Sales/AEP experience preferred
- Open availability Monday–Saturday between (8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST)
- Ability to work 48 hours per week during AEP
- Reliable home office meeting internet requirements (Speedtest.net screenshot required)
