Key Responsibilities:
Handle civil defense cases from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research, drafting, and case strategy development

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective case management
Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards
Qualifications:
Active membership in the State Bar of Texas (required)
Experience in civil defense law (required)
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
Ability to manage caseload independently
