Part-Time ESL Instructor – Irvine, CA
AOI College of Languages is seeking friendly and engaging instructors to teach English as a Second Language (ESL) classes to international students.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and creating a positive, interactive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Teach ESL classes to adult international students
- Facilitate speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities
- Create a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere
- Take attendance and follow basic academic procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- ESL teaching experience preferred
- TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and reliable
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM (4.5 hours/day)
