Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing customer invoices, assisting with accounts receivable, and supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of our branch office. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices.
- Track payments
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and billing information.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls as needed.
- Assist with general office support.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office programs as part of daily work.
Qualifications
- Previous billing experience is required.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional phone and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and takes pride in producing accurate work while supporting the daily operations of our branch office.
Pay: $29.00 per hour
