Gallery Sales Associate – Broadmoor Galleries
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Status: Part‑Time (22–24 hours/week) with potential for Full‑Time

Our knowledgeable team provides exceptional service, guiding visitors through an extensive and thoughtfully curated collection.
Role Description
The Gallery Sales Associate plays a key role in creating an engaging, informative, and memorable experience for guests. This on‑site position focuses on client interaction, sales, and visitor support while also contributing to the daily operations of the galleries. Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with clients and providing knowledgeable, attentive service
- Driving sales and supporting revenue goals
- Assisting visitors as they explore the collection
- Supporting curatorial tasks and gallery presentation
- Managing inventory, shipping & receiving, and merchandising
- Maintaining a polished, professional gallery environment
The galleries are open 365 days a year. Candidates must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, or art gallery operations
- Strong knowledge of art processes, styles, and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships
- Genuine passion for learning about art and sharing that knowledge with visitors
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Google Suite, and social media platforms

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
