Job Description:
As a Sales Professional at Freedom GMC, you will be the face of our dealership, providing outstanding customer service and guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information on our extensive range of vehicles
- Build and maintain relationships with customers utilizing our CRM, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and paperwork
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay informed about new products, features, and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships
- High level of motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
