You will be the embodiment of the Giorgio Armani Fragrances brand, with a passion for our luxury products and a desire to make your clients feel beautiful.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Create memorable luxury shopping experiences for clients
Listen to your clients, assess their fragrance needs and recommend the appropriate scent
Be passionate about all Armani Fragrances, and conversant of Armani Beauty makeup and skincare products
Always strive to achieve or exceed retail sales objectives
Develop strong relationships with established clients with regular communication, including invites to promotional events
Strengthen client loyalty and grow customer database, esp. during in-store events
Training, Learning and Development:
- High achievers are eligible for further professional development programs through the Brands’ Career Path Program. Areas of specialty include makeup artistry, skincare and leadership.
Job Qualifications:
Must have a high school degree or the equivalent
Retail cosmetic/fragrance sales experience preferred, but not required.
Passion for luxury fashion and beauty culture
Experience with sharing brand content on social media preferred, but not required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, possibly including nights, weekends and/or holidays (dependent on staffing needs.) The position is employed by one of our retail partners on behalf of Giorgio Armani Fragrances.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis

Hourly rates for this position range from $18-$25 hourly depending on location and experience.
