We are looking for a skilled, dependable carpenter with verifiable hands-on experience in residential remodeling and construction. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must be be able to work independently, produce quality workmanship, and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Install siding
- Hang, finish, and repair drywall
- Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, and other structures
- Install windows and doors
- Install interior and exterior trim
- Perform finish carpentry
- Complete remodeling, repairs, and renovation projects
- Read and follow plans and measurements accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional carpentry experience preferred
- Proven experience with:
- Siding
- Drywall installation, taping, mudding, and finishing
- Framing
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Window and door installation
- General remodeling
- Must have your own basic hand tools and power tools
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
