Shift Schedule Options: *shifts may vary
- Monday - Friday : 12:00PM -8:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with routines such as toileting, hygiene, and dressing
- Escort client to community outings
- Communicate any concerns to the RN Supervisor during 45-day care plan reviews
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active CPR and First Aide certification
- Previous experience working with disabled individuals
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, mobility, and transfers
Pay: $16.00 per hour
