Our growing OB/GYN practice is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming environment for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
- Collect co-pays, balances, and other patient payments
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- At least one year of experience in medical field
- Computer knowledge
