These positions are paid on a Performance Driven Pay Plan designed to promote safety, efficiency and reliability. Drivers have a higher earning potential - allows top performers to earn more than a fixed hourly rate. Experienced drivers are not limited by a capped hourly rate.
0-100 Miles - Flat Rates Loaded, Empty and Bobtail
101+ $.80 Loaded, $.60 empty, $.35 Bobtail per mile
$27.00 hour paid PTO
$1100 Minimum guarantee as long as conditions are met
