Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | Up to 40 hours/week | Daytime Hours | Some On-Call
Location: Billings, MTsurrounding areas
Pay: Based on experience + mileage reimbursement
Must have: Valid driver's license + reliable personal vehicle, Must be at least 21 years old

What You'll Do:
You'll work one-on-one with adults with disabilities, helping them thrive in their daily lives and in the community. Every day will be a little different - and meaningful.
Your day-to-day may include:

Supporting individuals with daily living skills like meal prep, money management, and personal care

Helping with shopping, household tasks, and hygiene routines

Taking clients to fun and meaningful community activities

Helping develop personal support plans tailored to each individual's goals
You'll build real relationships, help others reach goals big and small, and become a trusted part of people's lives.
What We're Looking For:

Required: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred: Experience in human services or working with people with disabilities

A caring, upbeat attitude and a true desire to help others

Comfortable being out in the community and occasionally using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed!)
