Job Overview:
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at a reputable automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will speak with customers about servicing their vehicle, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient vehicle maintenance.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers to understand vehicle issues and service needs
- Prepare accurate service estimates and quotes for customers
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on service status
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Explain recommended services and repairs to customers in a clear manner
Requirements:
- sales skills with the ability to upsell services and products
- Familiarity with auto estimating software is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
