Marco’s Pizza in Conway, SC, is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to help drive daily operations and lead our team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with prior restaurant or leadership experience who is ready to take ownership of shifts, ensure top-tier food quality, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts independently and supervise team members
- Ensure consistent execution of food quality and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with scheduling, training, and team development
- Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of restaurant, pizzaPizza, or quick-service leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling high-volume shifts and multitasking
