About the Role
RNG Executive Solutions Inc. is expanding our business-to-business sales team throughout the Chicagoland area.
As a Business Outside Sales Representative, you’ll work face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers, helping businesses find wireless and internet solutions that fit their needs, including AT&T Business products and services.
This is a full-time, in-person outside B2B sales position with local travel throughout assigned territories.
No previous telecom experience is required.
Compensation & Training
- Paid initial training
- Hands-on field training with an experienced representative
- 100% commission-based after initial training
- Uncapped earning potential
- $100–$135 per new wireless line
- Up to $350 per qualifying internet sale
- Performance-based bonuses
- High-performing representatives have the opportunity to earn $1,000–$3,000+ per week

What You’ll Do
- Prospect local businesses within an assigned territory
- Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
- Present wireless and internet solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve customers’ existing services
- Build relationships and follow up with prospective customers
- Close new business accounts
- Work toward individual and team sales goals

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with optional Saturdays.
